*Estimation - conversion will be based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.
We do offer pool heating (see above) which is recommended for the cooler months (Nov through to April)

Please note:
- Minimum 7 night stay.
- Lead guest must be aged 25 and over.
- Copy of passports be required on first booking.
- A non-refundable deposit of £300 ($375 approx) is required to secure your booking
- A security deposit of £300 per week ($375 approx) is required prior to your visit - this will be returned upon a satisfactory inspection via our management team
- Bookings are subject to additional stay and vacation tax charged at 13%.
- Our home is strictly NO smoking and does NOT allow pets. Failure to comply will result in forfeit of security deposit PLUS full cleaning costs.
